Question

After entering into program and selecting 'sales' , screen becomes slightly opaque and symbol continues to spin. how do i rectify and move past this point?

Since your screen becomes opaque and the symbol continues to spin, I recommend using a private browser. Private browsing mode prevents internet files from making QBO unresponsive.

 

You can open a supported browser below and follow the hotkey:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P.
  • Microsoft Edge: press CTRL + Shift + P.
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N.

If this fixes the issue, clear your regular browser's cache. It can help you offset the old cache and load new data that can speed up browsers' performance.

 

Otherwise, open QBO in another supported browser.
