Question

All my invoices and clients keep disappearing. Last time this happened I reinstalled the app but some invoices never reappear, the clients did, show as open invoices.

Thanks for mentioning that you have tried to remove and reinstalled the app before, emmamcgillmakeup. 

 

Let us also try to refresh your data and check if the invoices would show up again. Here's how:

 

If you're using an iOS device

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
    Note: A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
  3. Select Refresh to confirm.

 

If you're on an Android device

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Select Settingsthen Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

Once done, check if the data are now showing up. 

 

Just in case the issue persists, we'd want to take a closer look at this to determine why it's happening again.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.

  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, AEDT.
    • Call us. M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, AEDT.
