All my invoices are gone my app has re set itself help please

Welcome to the Community! When you say your invoices are gone in your app, are you referring to the QuickBooks Online mobile app?

 

To isolate the situation, I'd recommend signing in to a web browser like Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on your phone or computer to check if the invoices are shown or not. If you're able to see your invoices using the web browser, I'd recommend refreshing app data on the mobile app or uninstalling and re-install them.

 

Here's how to refresh app data:


  • For Android - From your phone's settings, select Apps (varies by device). Choose the QuickBooks app from the list and select Storage. Select clear data.
  • For iOS - From your phone's settings, select Settings, then General and iPhone Storage. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select the Offload App.

If the issue persists, please Uninstall and reinstall the app.
