Are there ways to retrieive deleted invoices in error. tried to reprint them out again but do not have correct details --help?

I'm here to help you and provide steps on how to reprint deleted invoices.

 

Currently, there's no way or option to retrieve deleted invoices in error in QuickBooks Online.

 

However, I suggest using the audit log feature. From there, you can see all the delated transactions including their details. That being said, you can recreate the deleted invoices manually to reprint them out again with the correct information.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner. Then, select Audit Log.
  2. Choose the Filter button and pick All Users in the Users field.
  3.  Select All Dates in the Date field, then mark the Transactions box under Events.
  4. Tick Deleted/Voided Transactions in the Show field.
  5. Hit the Apply button. 
  6. Locate the deleted invoices and hit View.
  7. Click the added history and take note of the details.

 

Once done, you can start recreating invoices to print them again.
