You're in the right place, @katsforeverfour-.

I'm here to help you navigate where you can send the invoice you created to your customers.

There are two simple ways to send it to your customer. First, after you create the invoice, click the Save and send option below, this will automatically be sent to your customer as long as you add their email in the Customer email field. The steps below will show you how:

  1. Click the + New icon.
  2. On the CUSTOMERS column, choose Invoice.
  3. Select your customer, and enter their email in the Customer email field.
  4. Review the invoice if all details are inputted correctly. Then, on the lower right corner, click the green colored field if it says Save and send, and if not tap the dropdown icon beside it, and pick Save and send.

The second one is fit to your goal, this is where you can find the invoice you created and send it to your customer. Here's how:

  1. On the left navigation, select Sales.
  2. Pick the Invoices option.
  3. Click the Status dropdown field, and choose Unpaid
  4. The unpaid invoices will show below. Look for the invoice you created. And on the right-side corner of that invoice, click the dropdown arrow below the Action column.
  5. Select Send.
  6. A prompt will show, review the invoice, you can choose to send yourself a copy of it by clicking the Send me a copy box. Afterward, tap Send.
