Let me guide you on how to send invoice reminders, aber51.

 

You can set up automatic reminders to your customers days before or after the due date. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click Sales on the left pane.
  4. Go to the Reminders section and click the pencil (edit) icon.
  5. Select the Auto invoice reminder checkbox.
  6. Set your first reminder. Select either Before or After from the dropdown.
  7. Select how many days before or after the due date you want to send reminders.
  8. Select Create reminder to create second and third reminders as needed.
