Can I automate super batch creation without setting up direct debit with beam?

My client is registered with beam and I've automated payruns (including ticking superannuation immediately) but no super batch has been created.

Thanks for posting in the Community, keeperofthebooks1.

 

If you've chosen to Create immediately and the pay run is finalized, you must select Review super payment to be routed to the Manage Super Batch payment. Let's check your settings to verify.

 

  1. Click on the Payroll tab and select Payroll Settings.
  2. Click on Pay Schedules.
  3. Select an existing Pay schedule to edit.
  4. Click on the here hyperlinked word under Pay run finalisation settings.
  5. From the pop up tick box for create super payment immediate or manually at a later date.

Once done, let's check also your superannuation settings. 

 

  1. Click on the Payroll tab.
  2. Click on Payroll Settings.
  3. Click on Superannuation.
  4. Check if what payment method is set up (Direct debit, EFT or BPAY).
