Can I create a pop up in QBO requesting clients leave feedback when they open the invoice?

The option to create a pop-up when your clients open the invoice isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As a workaround, your client can send their feedback via email or text outside QuickBooks. 

I recognize how convenient it's for users to create a pop-up in QuickBooks online when your clients open the invoice. You can use the Feedback feature within your QBO company file to send this idea. This way, our management and engineering teams could take action to help improve and meet your business needs.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
2. Enter your suggestions, then select Next.
3. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can select Skip and send messages.
4. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then press Send message.
