I hope you're doing well, manager32.

I'm here to share some information about your concern.

At the moment, you can only choose PayPal as your payment option when creating invoices from the Customers page or + New menu. You can, however, add a recurring quote. Then, manually create the invoice and select the PayPal payment option.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear > Recurring transactions.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select Quote from the Transaction Type drop-down menu.
  4. Hit OK.
  5. Add the quote details and click Save and close.

If you require any additional information, please let me know in your reply. I'll be here to help. Have a great day!

Hi RenjolynC,

Thanks for your prompt reply,

I hope having the PayPal link inside Recurring Invoices is on the Intuit roadmap. I'm sure I wouldn't be the only customer to need it.

Unless I'm missing something, I don't see how creating a recurring quote is going to help.

If I still have to manually generate an invoice; I would simply add an event in the calendar of my Outlook; unless I can easily generate an invoice from a quote without filling everything in again "manually".

Cheers,

Jay
