Can I stop 240 invoices in recurring transactions being sent out ??

They are membership fees with wrong $ amounts.

Hi ross-barnes7-big,

 

A recurring transaction will be automatically sent to a client if you've set it to Scheduled and tick on Automatically send emails. Let me show you how to change the Type of a recurring transaction and edit the details on it. 

 

  1. Go to Gear icon and select Recurring transactions.
  2. Select the recurring transaction template by clicking on Edit located on the drop-down menu. 
  3. On Type drop-down menu, you can select Unscheduled or Reminder
  4. On Options, you can untick Automatically send emails
  5. You can edit the details on the recurring transaction if needed. 
  6. Then select Save template
