Yes. You can pick a template to use when tracking your customers' invoices. Moreover, the system allows you to switch between invoice templates. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the +New icon, then click on Invoices.
  3. Click on Customize, then pick the template you want to use. You can also modify the current form by clicking on Edit Current.   
  4. Fill in the invoice details.
  5. Save the transaction.
  6. Replicate the same steps to switch between templates.

 

Additionally, you can manage your invoice forms through the Custom Form Styles window. From there, you can add a new style, edit the existing ones, or make a template as default.
