Can I transfer a custom invoice from one online QB file to another - same business just a change of entity hence the new file

As of the moment, the feature for exporting customized template is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. You can try to download the pdf as your guide on how it looks like and to manually customize it on the other company.

Also, our product developers are open to suggestions to make the program better. You can follow the steps in this article on how you can submit feedback.
