Can qb match names and invoice numbers supplied in bank transaction descriptions with system invoices?

Hi gudgeoni, QBO can match banking transactions that have invoice numbers and names with invoices created in QuickBooks. Given that the invoice due date and bank transaction dates are reasonably close to each other, the system will suggest a match.

However if you are matching a bank transaction with an overdue invoice or dated invoice, use the Find Match option when clicking on the transaction in Banking. This will bring up a list of possible invoices you can match up to, and you can filter this list by invoice due date to find the right invoice.
