Can statements use a different email address to imported invoices, without manual changing

I can share some information about using a different email address to imported invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Statements and invoices utilize the email address that is set up in your customers' profile. Having that said, using the different email addresses to imported invoices isn't available. Instead, you'll need to manually change them.

On the other hand, I'd like to let you know that QBO allows you enter multiple emails in your customer's profile or invoices. Any attached email will receive the invoice once sent. Make sure that the email addresses are separated with commas (,).
