Can’t save invoices says issues with subscription though it says active!!!

Let's check your subscription status through the settings page of QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click on Settings icon or Cog wheel icon.
  3. Click on Account & Settings.
  4. Click on Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. Check if the QuickBooks Online account shows Active.

if it showed cancel, you'll have to enter your payment information to reactivate your QuickBooks Online account.

 

If the issue persist, I would recommend contacting our Customer Care team to further check your account in a secure form.
