Can the window size on the invoice message window be made larger.Previously this windows showed 4 or 5 lines, now it only show one and a half lines.

The message box on the invoice of my test account can show up to 5 lines without clicking the arrow down. Please see screenshot below for reference:

 

Let's perform some basic troubleshooting solutions to make sure this isn’t browser-related. Sometimes cache stores up in the system causing problems on the web pages.

 

To start with, log in to QuickBooks from a private (incognito) window. Here’s how:

  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)
  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)

Now, test the solution by creating an invoice. If this works, go back to your default browser and initiate a clear cache and cookies. Here's an article to serve as your guide: Delete my browser's cache and cookies.

 

However, if you continue to get the same result, I recommend switching to another supported browser. The one you are currently on may be having a temporary issue with QuickBooks, and using a new browser in the meantime will allow you to get back to work.

Have you tried switching to a different browser and updating the one you’re using? An outdated version could be the reason behind the problem.
