Can you please reimburse us 9 to 12 months, and close account. QuickBooks hasn’t worked correctly the past few months. Clients don’t receive invoices . Thank you

I have been searching how to get hold of QuickBooks via email, and haven’t found an address. This is now my only way I can find to contact you. Please read above message. No more money is to be taken off my account. Thank you.

We haven't received reports about clients not being able to receive invoices. QuickBooks Online (QBO) provides several ways how you can contact our support team so we can help with your concern. However, we have streamlined the process by logging into your QuickBooks account. You'll want to reach out to them to double-check and confirm if the money has been deducted from your account in real time. They have the tools to pull it up in a secure environment which we're unable to do it here in the Community.

 

To get in touch with one of our representatives, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Click the Help icon at the top to open the Search window.
  2. From there, scroll down to choose the Contact us button.
  3. Input the issue /topic in the field box and then tap the Let’s talk option.
  4. This will lead you to the contact information window.
  5. Select how you want to reach out to our support team.
