Cannot find an Invoice which is 4336

I'll be glad to provide some steps on how to find your missing invoice in QuickBooks, @daniel73.

To start, let's use the Advanced search function in QBO. This is use to look for transactions if it does not appear on the results list.

Here's how:

1. Choose the Magnifying Glass.

2. Enter the transaction number you’re looking for, then click the desired transaction.

3. Click Advance Searched if the transaction you're looking for does not appear on the results list.

4. Adjust the filters to find the type of data you want and then select Add Filter.
   
   

If the invoice 4336 does not appear, let's run the Invoice List report. This can help check all the list of invoice you created.

1. Sign in to your account.

2. From the left panel, choose Reports.

3. In the Find report by name field, search and select Invoice List.

4. Select the date under Report Period.

5. Once done, click Run report.
   
   

If the invoice is not on the report, it's possible that it was deleted. To check, we can use the audit log feature in QBO. This can help verify who made the changes to your books.
