Coles credit cards are not connecting. They are in the list of cards that can be linked but when you go to re add it, Coles are not listed in the drop down menu in QBO

Hi belindawray, thank you for reaching out to us.

 

There was a reported bank feed connection outage with Cole's credit card and the investigation is ongoing. New connection for this account has been disabled for now while we are working with the bank provider to reach a solution. In the meantime, you can manually import your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online via CSV.
