Created and saved invoice templates. Default set, but when in a Donor's file I click on "create invoice" the default does NOT appear.What am I doing wrong?

You did nothing wrong, jpjmflanagan.

The customised template will only appear on the sales form page. The changes won't show in the sales forms page.

You can click the Print or Preview button of the Invoice page. This help you review if the form shows the correct details.
