Does any body else find the Beam superannuation payment gateway to be horribly difficult to use compared to the old Clicksuper system. It is driving me crazy.

YES they are just THE WORST.  Never can log in never can get support and never can access the statements previous if we need them 

ONLINE my BUTT!  What is the point of downloading PAPER or email copies when you cannot retrieve old copies
