Does the app crash for everyone else when you go to the menu on an iPhone and go to invoices? Hoping for an update but it’s getting too frustrating

Hello there, @remarkablefencin.

 

The crashing of the application can be caused by stored data on your device. To fix this, let's refresh your QuickBooks Online app.

 

There are two ways on how to do this. First is to log in to your QBO and follow these steps below:

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
  2. Select on Refresh Data.
  3. Click on Refresh.

The second one is from your devices' settings:

  1. Go to Settings General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose QuickBooks.
  3. Tap Offload App, then re-download the app from the App Store.
