Thanks for letting me know that you’ve followed instructions. Good job for doing that, wes11!

Let me add some information on how the templates form works in QuickBooks.

Changing the email address and phone number inside QuickBooks will reflect all the template invoices. This is how QuickBooks generates information throughout the templates form.

It's a great idea that I can send it to our product developers. Your suggestion might be given a chance to be added in the next product updates.

I will not leave you there, wes11. I have another way to make this possible. We can apply your different email addresses and phone number to every invoice templates by importing them. This will pre-fill the form. Let me guide you how by following every step below:

Before doing so, we'll have to make sure to turn on the Import Style feature. Please follow the steps below to do it:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select QuickBook Labs under Your Company.
  3. Turn on the Import Style feature.
  4. Once ready, hit Done.

Once everything is ready, let's follow these steps and import your invoice template (with different emails/ phone numbers).

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the upper right corner.
  2. Select Custom Form Style under Your Company.
  3. Click the New Style drop-down arrow and select Import Style.
  4. Click the Clip icon to import the template and hit the Next button.

For your guidance, please check this article: Import custom form styles for invoices. It contains a lot of information that you can learn how to do it.

Get back to me if you have other questions as you go along with importing the form. I'll be around to help you out. I wish your business continued to succeed. Happy Holidays!
