Question

Has any one else had issues with auto logout and loosing all their info they spent an hours on, saving document then page logs out loosing everything ?

I'd like to ensure that you'll be able to utilize QuickBooks without any issues, so you can save your documents successfully.

 

Sometimes unexpected behavior in QuickBooks Online is caused by the stored data in the cache. Accessing your account using a private window is a good place to identify if it's a browser-related issue. This can often fix such hurdles.

 

If it works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This removes the unnecessary files, which may lead to the problem that you've encountered. It also prevents this issue from occurring in the future.
