Has anybody had a red cross appear on there invoices

I can't see any other reported cases at the moment. Let me share these steps to verify if this is a browser-related issue and resolve it as well. Here's how:

 

  1. Use an incognito/private browsing session and log back in to your account. 
  2. Open your invoices again to check if the cross is still showing up. If its no longer there, switch back to the original browser or regular browsing session.
  3. Delete the temporary saved files and stored cache. Here's an article on how to do it: Delete or disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser.

You can also use these supported browsers to further isolate the issue:

 

  • Google Chrome.
  • Mozilla Firefox. 
  • Microsoft Edge.
  • Safari 11 or newer (Mac only).
