Hi barbara-niisch-c,

Thanks for posting in the Community!

QuickBooks Online can integrate with different third party apps. To check if the app can be integrated with QuickBooks, I recommend visiting the Intuit App Center apps.intuit.com.

Furthermore, if you want to show the app service fee on the invoice, you can edit the invoice in QuickBooks and add a line item on the invoice. First, let's create an expense account for the app or merchant fee. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Accounting tab.
  2. Click on the Chart of accounts.
  3. Click on New.
  4. Select Expense category, and under Name set it to App fee or Merchant fee.
  5. Click on Save.

Next, is to create a product/service for the app or merchant fee. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Settings icon.
  2. Click on the Products and Services List.
  3. Click on New.
  4. Under Income account select the Expense account set up and named App or Merchant fee.

When creating the invoice, add the service/non-inventory item for the app or merchant fee with negative sign.
