Hello, why my quick books dont have any options anymore? For example the option for snap receipt is not in the apps. And it said need to pull down to refresh

If you're using the QuickBooks Online mobile app version you can snap and upload receipts and bills from your phone. Let's start by resetting the app data and uninstall and re-install the app.

Here's how:

1. From More Options, then select the Settings tab. 
2. Choose the Refresh Data menu.
3. Hit Yes. 

If the issue remains, let's uninstall and reinstall the app. Uninstalling the app does not delete any of your app's transactions.  Here's how to uninstall:

1. Tap the Settings on your phone.
2. Select Apps and Notifications, then locate the QuickBooks Online app.
3. Hit Uninstall.
