I'm here to ensure your client is able to make a payment in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @info-h2ocleaning

Let's begin by linking your PayPal account to the invoice and ensuring that you enable the option to Accept Card Payments with PayPal this will help in simplifying the payment process. After completing this setup, your client will be able to pay their invoice using a debit card or credit card.

Here's how:

  1. Create an invoice.
  2. Click on the Connect to PayPal option and follow the on-screen steps.
  3. Tick the box next Accept Card Payments with PayPal.
  4. Review the invoice details and ensure to include your client's email.
  5. Finally, click Save and send.

Once your client makes a payment, you'll get a notification, and it will be logged in QuickBooks. To check if there's an online payment option, you can send a sample invoice to your email. If there isn't an option, I'd recommend troubleshooting the browser to enhance functionality and ensure compatibility with web applications.
