Question

Hi, can anyone help,trouble retrieving my invoices, on the Home page it says 6 open invoices, but when I click it, it only shows 1 invoice. I've refreshed it. Any ideas?

I forgot to add, I'm using the mobile app.

We certainly want to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. To begin with, kindly refresh the data on the mobile app by following the below steps.


For Android phones:

 

  1. Login to Mobile App (QuickBooks).
  2. On the top right, click the 3 dot/lines and select Settings.
  3. Scroll down and select Refresh data.
  4. Click Yes.


For Apple phones:

 

  1. On the home page on your Mobile App, select burger icon (three horizontal lines) located on the top left.
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data link.


If the above step does not resolve the issue, please uninstall and download the app again. Reinstalling the app ensures that you're using the latest version and will help get you back to business.  Also, you may try to login on a web browser to view the invoices on your home page.
