Hi I am having trouble linking my paypal account. Are there issues at the moment?

I'll share additional information to help you link your PayPal account, Warner.

Before we begin, did you encounter errors 185 or 187 when connecting your PayPal account? If yes, please know that our engineers are conducting an ongoing investigation regarding this problem.

I recommend contacting our Technical Support team to add you to the list of affected users and to receive updates via email. Here's how:

1. Login to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
3. Proceed to the Assistant tab.
4. Type "contact support" into the chat box and press Enter.
5. Select QuickBooks Online Support, then click Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
6. Click Ask about something else, then enter a short description of your concern.
7. Choose between Have us call you or Start a Chat.

If not, let's perform troubleshooting steps by accessing your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito or private window to see if it's a browser issue, which can lead to unexpected problems when accessing the information. Refer to the following browser keyboard shortcuts below:

• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the private browsing session works, clear your main browser's cache to restart and sort issues caused by stored cache and cookies. In case it doesn't work, another way is to utilize other supported browsers.

In the meantime,  manually upload your transaction to bring your transaction to QuickBooks Online.
