Question

Hi, I am lodging the BAS, when I "Mark as lodged", receive msg "You must also click Save again to make this change that is prior to the closing date". How do I find it?

I don't know what change needs to be saved.  Prior adjustments add to zero, and have never had this issue before.

Let’s perform a few browser troubleshooting solutions to help verify if this is caused by the system or the browser. Since sometimes the cache stores up in the system causing unusual behavior in the product. You can start by logging into QBO using a private window.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts that will help you accomplish:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Now, try to Mark as lodged again. If it works, to ensure this doesn't happen again, it's a good idea to clear the cache of the browser you're using. However, if you continue to get the same result, I recommend switching to a different browser like Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Safari. The one you are currently on maybe having a temporary issue with QuickBooks, and using a new browser in the meantime will allow you to get back to work.
