Question

Hi, I am trouble seeing "invoices" thought from Sales. I can open Customers and products and services but not invoices. I would like to ask you to check my situation.

Hi mimisfrenchpastr, 

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's do some browser troubleshooting to access the Invoices tab. First thing we'll need to do is to login on an incognito or private browser.

 

Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

 

Private browsing disables the cache from saving new browsing history. If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Restart your browser right after. You can also proceed by using other browsers if the steps above don’t work.

 

Once done, kindly try to access the Invoices by going to Sales tab. Furthermore, you can directly access Invoices tab using this link: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/invoices or click on the search or magnifying glass icon located on the upper right corner and enter Invoices and then select Jump to Invoices
