Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can get back to invoicing your clients via text message, Linda.

Before anything else, I'd like to confirm if you were referring to the Save and share link option on the Save dropdown. If so, a cache-related issue could be causing the page not to load correctly, which is why you're not seeing the option to share the link. To address this, I recommend opening your QuickBooks Online company in a private window. I've added some shortcut keys below for you to use.

  • Google Chrome and MS Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, create a dummy invoice and send it to yourself through a text message. If everything goes smoothly, I suggest returning to your regular browser to clear its cache. Alternatively, you can also use other supported browsers.

On the other hand, please don't hesitate to comment below if you are referring to something else.
