Hi there, @jtngaragedoors.

Let's try some browser troubleshooting steps to check if this is a web browser related issue. Sometimes stored cache for a long period causes unusual behavior to your browser. Let me guide you how.

To start, let's access your account via a private/incognito window. You may use these keyboard shortcuts in opening a private/incognito window:

  1. Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  2. Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  3. Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  4. Safari: Command + Option + P

If you're able to convert your quote to an invoice via a private/incognito window, then we'll have to clear your regular browser cache. This way, it'll optimize your regular browser's performance and prevents unusual behavior from the browser.

If the issue persists, I suggest using another supported browser.

Then, in case you entered a wrong rate or quantity to an invoice, here's an article you can read to learn how to handle the situation: How to Edit an Invoice.

As always, reach out to us if you have other concerns. I'll be around to help.
