Hi,I normally import information from my google calendar straight into a new invoice but when i try and do it, it just seems to circle like it's processing/updating?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you can be able to proceed with importing information straight into your invoice. To start, let's access your QBO account using a private browser. Unable to proceed might cause by a corrupted cache and cookies stored in your browser. The following are the shortcut keys you can use:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N 

 

If this works, let's clear the cache and cookies of your browser. If not, you can use another supported browser. Possible that your current browser may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
