Question

Hi I’ve got a project and invoice that I can not delete from the App. It’s no longer on the site , but remains on the app. I’ve tried logging out and back in.

Hello, @stuart-freer.

 

The mobile app's version may cause odd behavior such as latency in syncing your data with QuickBooks Online on the web.  Let's ensure your app is updated to the latest version. Also, make sure you're accessing the same QuickBooks Online account both the app and the regular web browser.


If you're using an android mobile phone, here's how:

  1. Open the Play Store.
  2. Tap the Menu ⋮ icon.
  3. Tap My apps & games.
  4. Tap Installed.
  5. Swipe down to find QuickBooks Self-Employed or QuickBooks Online.
  6. Tap Updated. If it says Open, it means your app is up-to-date.

While if you're using an iPhone, here's how:

  1. Go to the App Store.
  2. Under the Updates tab, check that QuickBooks Online has been updated to latest version. 

Lastly, make sure to use the same login credentials when accessing your QuickBooks Online account on the mobile app.
