Question

Hi I wanna modify the quantity and price in the invoice I made for the customer, but I find it impossible to do so.

I created an invoice and send to my client and then I fund a mistakes need to be change and then I‘m going to the edit page for that invoice but I can not change the quantity and price .

Let me help you edit your invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO) @wlflukexu-gmail-.

 

Before going into it further, may I know if you have seen a specific error when trying to edit the invoice? Or did you encounter an error message? So I'll be able to share with you troubleshooting steps that will specifically work to fix it in no time. 

 

In the meantime, I'd suggest running QBO in a private browser to edit the invoice and help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. Make sure to use a supported browser (listed below) and use either one of its shortcut keys:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)
  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome) 

 

If you're able to update the invoice using a private browser, I suggest cleaning your regular browser's cache. Clearing the cache or cookies helps renew old cache data and enhances the browser's performance. Alternatively, you can use other compatible browsers. It could be that the browser application you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
