Hi, I would like to add my business logo to the invoice, is this possible? Also I want to change the email that appears on the invoice, I’ve try in custom your invoice bu

Hi there, william-berrytro.

 

Yes, adding a business logo to the invoice is possible in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This can be done by going to the Custom Form Styles menu and upload the logo from there.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner.

2. Choose Custom Form Styles.

3. Select New Style drop-down arrow at the upper right corner. Then, choose Invoice.

4. Go to the Design tab, then select Add your unique logo.

5. Choose the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window.

6. Find and select the image you want to use.

7. Choose Open. Then, hit Save and Done.

 

Once done, the uploaded logo will automatically be included in your sales transactions, which includes invoices.

 

To change the email that appears on the invoice, I suggest editing the current template. Please follow the steps below.

 

1. Click the Plus icon at the left panel.

2. Choose Invoice. Then, select the Customise button at the bottom of the page.

3. Select Edit current. Then, click Content tab.

4. Choose the header section.

5. Checkmark the Email box.

6. Enter the new email to appear on the invoice.
