Hi, is there a way to mark Invoices as 'Paid' on Quickbooks?

You can mark invoices as Paid by applying a payment to it.

To record a payment:

1. Select the invoice, and select Receive Payment on the top-right corner.
2. Record the amount received by the customer in the Amount Received field on the right-hand side.
3. Select Save and Close on the bottom left corner.
