Hi, Require to change an invoice to be marked unpaid. Was accidentally marked paid. Is it possible to do this from Android phone via Quickbooks app ?

We'll need to delete the payment created for this invoice so it'll be marked unpaid again. And yes, you can do it using the QuickBooks Online mobile app for Android. Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Burger icon (three horizontal lines) and tap All.
2. Find and select Invoice payments.
3. Search the payment created and select it.
4. Click the Ellipsis (three dots) and click Delete. Then Delete again to confirm.
