Hi, the desktop app we use on our iMac is not working properly. we cant save then exit a invoice or quote or create new products, lots of things are not working?

Let's try a few basic troubleshooting steps for this, coolsparkare.

 

You can reset the app. It optimizes your QuickBooks experience.

 

  1. In your QBO, click Help at the Top.
  2. Then, select Reset App Data.

Another option that helps you sort this out is to uninstall and reinstall the app.

 

If your getting the same results, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. Please see the steps below:

 

  1. Click Help (?).
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Then, click Let's Talk.
  5. Click Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Select Call me.

They will investigate what's causing the issue and fix it for you.
