Hi , when sending my invoice it marks as sent initially, when I go back into the invoice it says not send never had this problemBefore

My invoices are not sending once I press send

Hi bellepropertysol,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's do some browser troubleshooting and resend the invoice to your customer. 

 

First thing we'll need to do is to login on an incognito or private browser.

 

Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:

 

Safari: Command + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

 

Private browsing disables the cache from saving new browsing history. If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Restart your browser right after. You can also proceed by using other browsers if the steps above don’t work.

 

Once done, kindly open the invoice and check the email address of the customer, then send it.
