HiDue to ongoing issue of duplicate income, I would like to remove QB invoices from sales income and rely only on bank feed. Is there a setting for this?

Let me provide some information on how not to duplicate your sales and income in QuickBooks Online.

If you've manually entered invoices or sales receipts in QBO and payments have downloaded from your bank, make sure to match instead of using the add feature. That way, you're not duplicating your income.

You can Undo the added transaction in the Banking page and categorise them again using the Match or Find match option. Let me guide you how to undo the categorised transaction.

1. Click on the Transaction tab.
2. Click on Banking.
3. Click on the bank account affected and click on Categorised.
4. Locate the transactions, and click on Undo.
5. The transactions will move back to For review tab, and you can Match or click on Find match option.
