HOA Invoicing

Hi y’all

my HOA is thinking of using QBO.    I want to make sure all the functions we need will be available.   
we invoice our owners monthly, need to set up invoicing so that we can show them current month due, late fees, payments made etc…,

can this be done?

When it comes to invoicing needs for your HOA, QuickBooks Online (QBO) has got you covered. You can easily set up recurring monthly invoices to be sent to the owners, and within the invoice, you can itemize the current month's dues, any late fees, and payments made.

 

You can also personalise your invoice template to include the necessary details that you want to be shown. Additionally, there are various reports that you can generate to keep track of outstanding balances and payment histories.
