Welcome to the Community, @userinfo72.

You can utilize the Add your EFT details feature to add your bank information through the Airy New form template in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This can be done by going to the Custom form style page.

Here's how:

  1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Custom form style.
  2. Click the New style button, then choose Invoice.
  3. In the Design tab, click the Change up the template option, then choose Airy new.
  4. Select the Add your EFT details feature and you'll be routed to the Design tab's Footer section.
  5. Add your bank information in the Your payment details field.
  6. Click Done.
