How can I change who the receipt shows that the payment was received from?

On the receipt it shows the project address only and not the customer. How can I change it to show both? I cant find anything in the template to be able to change it.

Good day, @user12557. I have the steps where you can view the customers in your transaction.

 

I've replicated your concern, and I was able to see the customer's name when I review the created receipt. To make sure that the customer's name will show, click the small gear icon and click the box beside Customer. Let me show you how.

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Select All Sales
  3. Click the small gear icon beside the Export to Excel icon.
  4. Tap the box beside Customer.

You can also send a screenshot of your receipt without a customer's name. This will help us figure out the missing steps to fix your concern.

 

We can also check if the syncing of the transactions is caused by a browser issue. When we visit sites cache files are stored. Let's use a private browser since it won't save history. Then, let's look into the sales we classified. If it shows, we can clear your main browser's cache to remove those stored files.
