Because It is setup in a foreign currency, then I want to downgrade my plan, but I can't because I am using multicurrency

Hi informed-creativ,

We're unable to remove a customer profile. We can only inactivate it. Please note that we also can't turn off the Muticurrency feature, and this makes your account ineligible for a downgrade.

What you can do is sign up for a lower plan, and move your lists to it. Then, re-enter your transactions manually, or you connect your bank account to download and add them to your books.

If you have other questions with QuickBooks Online, you can always go back to this thread.

hi @informed-creativ ,

I am not sure why you setup a foreign currency as home currency and turn on the multicurrency feature. We found in most cases when user has registered on certain QBO (country) version by mistake. If you are located in Australia and don't need to have the multicurrency feature, SS plan is enough. https://quickbooks.grsm.io/Australia

You may utilize the trial period of TP Exporter and TP Importer to migrate your data.

Hope it helps.
