How can I get my template to stipulate “Tax Invoice”

Some payees won’t accept our invoices unless they state this

Hello there, @hpwhomegarden-gm.

 

In QuickBooks Online, you can add Tax invoice field in customer invoices. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom form style.
  3. Open the template. Or, click New style. Then, select Invoice.
  4. In the Content tab, click the header part of the form.
  5. Enter Tax Invoice in the field.
  6. Tick the Form names box. Then, Done to reflect the changes.

 

When you create an invoice, make sure to apply the correct template.

 

  1. Create invoice.
  2. Click Customise and select correct template.
