how can i put page numbers on invoices over 1 page

if i have a customer invoice that goes over 2 or more pages, is there a way that you can number the pages i.e. Page 1 of 3, Page 2 of 3 etc?

Hi shaneredden,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! You can use Airy new template as it allows you to add page numbers to an invoice. Let me show you how.

 

  1. Go to Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. On Design tab, click on Change up the template.
  4. Select Airy new.
  5. You can check on the previewed invoice on the right side to see how it looks like.
  6. Select Done.

 

 

At the moment, the option to add page number is currently available on Airy new template only. Feel free to also share this idea by going to Gear icon and select Feedback in QuickBooks Online, and we will internally pass this along to our teams.
