Question

How do I add our abn to invoices. I have googled it and gone in to custom form styles but it doesn't give me the option of content when I click edit?

Hello, brethocking-sout.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Let's figure out if this is a browser issue. We can try logging in using an incognito window. This way, we'll know if it's your regular browser, which causes this unexpected behavior.

Follow the shortcut keys, depending on what browser you're using.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

If it works fine, go back to your main browser and clear the cache. It helps to troubleshoot and increases the performance of your browser. Also, they can use other supported browsers to better isolate the possibility of a browser-related issue.

Additionally, if the transaction doesn't have the field to attach your ABN, we'll need to enter it first in the Company menu. Let me guide you on how.

  1. Go to the Settings (Gear) icon at the upper right.
  2. Choose Account and Settings
  3. Tap Company from the left menu,
  4. Click the Pencil (Edit) icon of the Company name section.
  5. In the ABN section, make sure the enter the correct number.
  6. Hit Save
  7. Press Done
